Semi-Annual Meeting
The Semi-Annual meeting was called to order on January
23, 2005, by Barbara Balkus. The minutes from the
previous semi-annual meeting were presented and
approved. The budget
for 2005 was presented and approved. (For a
paper copy of the budget, check with the church office.)

The boards presented their reports for 2004.
Church
policies
and guidelines were presented. Policies are
absolutes with no exceptions. Guidelines/Procedures are
rules of thumb that can be changed circumstantially.
All of the above will be entered with date accepted, by
whom, and responsible party (church, specific board,
committee).
The Proposed Policies and Guidelines supersede/replace
all existing Policies and Guidelines.
A copy of all Policies and Guidelines will be kept in a
notebook in the church office.
Church Policies were proposed and approved, for a copy,
please see the church office.
