Rev. Ineke K. Mitchell
Born
and raised in the Netherlands, and still a citizen,
Ineke's college work was done at the
Marnixkweekschool in Utrecht, where she received two
diplomas in Early Childhood Education.
She earned
her M.A. at the Presbyterian School of Christian
Education and her M.Div. at Union Theological
Seminary, both in Richmond, Virginia. She also
trained for the Interim Ministry and studied
Mediation and Conflict Resolution at the
Lombard Institute, "Healthy Congregations"
Facilitator Training at Luther Seminary in St. Paul,
and numerous other continuing education courses.
During the
20+ years she has been a pastor, Ineke has served as an Assistant Pastor, a Pastor, and a Chaplain;
has completed six Intentional Interim Pastorates;
and is on the faculty of the Interim Ministry
Network.

enthusiasm that is contagious."
Ineke
currently serves as the Interim Associate Conference
Minister for the Michigan Conference UCC.
